Have Bad Bananas?

Then you have the most important ingredient for banana bread!
This is the most incredible banana bread recipe that I snaked from my future brother and sister in law. When I went out to visit them/meet them for the first time in Hawaii they made this at their home one night. One bite and I knew I was marrying into the right family.

In order for this recipe to come out correctly you must play some Jack Johnson or Jason Mraz and dance around the kitchen. If you prefer a different genre of music then by all means play what tickles your fancy.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup unsalted butter

3 super ripe bananas

2 half beaten eggs

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup any type of crushed nuts (optional)

Directions:

Coat your bread pan with butter (PAM works just as well)

For extra stick resistance, lightly dust the sides of your butter coated pan with flower

Mix all of the ingredients together

Pour into your bread pan

Bake at 350 for 50 min

Don't forget the knife check before you take the bread out of the oven.

Sprinkle a little sugar on top.

VOILA!

Now just cut a little slice of heaven and ENJOY with a cup of cold milk or hot coffee!

*Make sure bananas are pretty much black. The darker the more flavor
